We offer child placement services in China, Hong Kong and Singapore.
China
We are an agency accredited by the Ministry of Community Development, Youth & Sports (MCYS) to facilitate the adoption of children in China. We provide a complete child placement programme that cover the entire adoption process. Couples who are interested to find out more can sign up for our pre-adoption workshop.
Prospective adopters who wish to adopt children from the People's Republic of China (PRC) should meet the following basic requirements:
a.
must be Singapore citizens:
(exception : a Singapore citizen married
to a Singapore Permanent Resident and the
couples future domicile is in Singapore)
b.
be at least 30 years but not be more than 50 years of age;
c.
must have
been married for at least 2 years if this
is the first marriage for both spouses.
Must be married for at least 5 years, if
either one has ex-marriages (not more than
2);
d.
be financially
stable, with a family annual household income
of at least US$10,000 for each family member,
including the prospective adoptee;
e.
be physically
and mentally healthy;
f.
received education
of or above level of junior college or vocational
skills training of same level;
g.
have no more
than 5 children under 18 years old, youngest
should be at least 1 year old;
h.
have no criminal
records for seizable offences, including
but not confined to child abuse, sexual
offences, violent offence and drug abuse.

Homosexuals are not eligible to adopt.

The total costs involved (including registration fees, service fees, donation, legal fee) in the adoption of a child from China amount to approximately $15,000 to $16,000 excluding travelling expenses.
