1 July 2001 - TOUCH
is the first agency in Singapore to be accredited
to conduct home study for inter-country adoption. |

December 2001 - conducted
our first workshop for prospective adoptive parents. |

October 2002 - commenced
our child placement programme from Cambodia. |
| • |
April 2003 - our child
placement service from Hong Kong was made available.
The waiting children in Hong Kong are either older
or with special needs. |

May 2003 - we commenced
our pregnancy counseling services and started
to assist unwed mothers to place their children
for adoption. |

October 2003 - received
an award as a social enterprise for our vision
to run a one-stop adoption service centre. |

14 November 2003
- TOUCH became the first agency in Singapore to
be enlisted as a licensed foreign placement agency
with the Government of India for the adoption
of children from India. |

1 April 2004 - TOUCH
was appointed as one of two authorised agencies
to facilitate adoption of children from China. |

December 2004 - TAS
library was set up offering more than 100 adoption
related books. |

January 2006 - TAFNET
was set up (a network of adoptive families in
Singapore). |
